The Youth and Family Team gets to pass along these teachings in an age-appropriate way! We use books, music and creative projects to teach principles such as Love, Creativity, Affirmation, Nature, Community, Mindfulness, Giving and Receiving.

Our Practitioners are here to support our community with their deep knowing of the power and presence of Spirit within each one of us and all that is. Before becoming licensed, they spent 3-4 years in the study of the art and science of affirmative prayer and all the principles within the Science of Mind philosophy and are ready to pray with and for you. If you would like to become a Practitioner, check out our certificated classes, beginning with the Foundations of Science of Mind class.

The Education Team organizes classes and workshops, and schedules our guest speakers. They also make sure that our social events, concerts, and advertisements are in keeping with the Science of Mind message. The Education Team’s vision is a world grounded in peace and harmoniously working together. Their mission is to provide safe and structured learning opportunities that apply spiritual practices as taught in the Science of Mind, to real-world examples.

The Music Team and Special Music guests are usually paid professional musicians. Our former choir was comprised of volunteer singers. We have plans to bring back the choir at some point. If you would like to help to make this happen, let us know!

As Sunday Celebration Coordinator, Linda coordinates the schedules of the Service Hosts and Practitioners involved in our Sunday Service. She also trains and leads the Service Hosts.
VISIONING TEAM
TEAM LEAD - Rev. Myrna Hirst
The visioning team uses the Visioning Process to identify the highest vision for our Center. The Visioning Process uses prayer and meditation to tap into Divine Mind, which isn’t bound by our individual minds’ hidden beliefs of lack and limitation. Each month the Visioning Team focuses on a different aspect of the Center, and they share the results with all the Center leadership.
MINISTRY COUNCIL

The Ministry Council is made up of representatives from all the ministries that serve our Center.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees takes care of our finances, affiliation with Centers for Spiritual Living, our facility and legal and safety issues. Board members serve three-year terms.
