May 15 - workshop - "To Know Oneself is the Path to Love One

Science can be combined with spiritual awakening to lead to the truth of oneself - the core - leading to a sense of inner peace and freeing the heart to love and to be free.  The goal of this class is to help you become aligned with the highest version of yourself through self-analysis and the integration of past selves and the variations of our current selves. This leads to self-actualization.

 ● Learning to know ourselves better through descriptions of our separate parts of our personality in a way that asks participants to role-play as authors that are deciding to write a book. They create fictional characters for a book and each character represents a separate aspect of their personalities. They name each part and provide a brief description

● Learning to love past versions of ourselves recognizing our regrets while also recognizing the unconscious pain-body that has caused the past versions of ourselves to act as they do with the knowledge that they had at the time.

● Learning to be guided by love as opposed to the pain-body and connect to becoming the highest version of self.

Taught by Lane Harnicher

Lane is a spiritually-based addiction counselor that has built a career in the mental health treatment industry over the past 8 years. She first attended the Center in 2015 and has been practicing the art of manifestation and connection to the Universe for many years in order to build what she has built. Coming from a dark past she has learned to use spirituality as a means to never feel alone and to recognize that all hard times pass. Knowing that there is always a divine force that protects her has gotten her through dark depths. She has spent many years navigating seemingly impossible circumstances and faith, determination, and mindfulness has turned walls into doors. All of us can turn walls into doors, but we have to learn how to face the self-limitations within us, and use our unique gifts that reside in our subconscious minds. We can walk through that swamp; find the diamonds and clean them to be used for good.

The Salt Lake Center has loosened our COVID restrictions.

Masks are strongly encouraged, but not required, for everyone in the building.

Coffee service has been restored.

Please remember to ask before you hug. That's always a good policy anyway.

We still suggest you practice social distancing.

Remember that we’re all in this together, and we all care for one another. It’s all about loving, caring and compassion.

And this, too, shall pass. It always does.

Thank you for helping keep everyone safe.
